Support

Something broken? Tell us.

This is the whole support department. There is no queue, no ticket number and no bot — the person who wrote the game reads what you send and writes back.

Best first stop

Use the feedback button inside Syrious Squish

Squish has a feedback button in its settings. It takes a screenshot of what you were looking at, lets you draw on it to circle the thing that is wrong, and sends that along with whatever you want to write.

The report also records what the game was doing — the level you were on, the board you were playing, your settings — along with your device model and the app version, so we do not have to ask. The privacy policy lists everything a report contains.

It is the fastest way to get something fixed, because a picture of the bug beats a description of it every time. You can add your email address if you want an answer, or leave it out and stay anonymous — the report still reaches us either way.

Write to a person

For Syrious Poker, Syrious Scramble, a question about your data, or anything that is not a bug in Squish:

If you are asking us to delete data we hold, say so plainly and we will do it. The formal route is in the privacy policy.

One thing that confuses people

Who Visual Systems Corporation is

Syrious Games is Visual Systems Corporation. Same company, one name for the games and one for the business.

This matters because our privacy policy and terms of service are written in the company's name and give contact addresses at vscorp.com. Those are ours. If you were checking whether an email claiming to be from us was genuine — good instinct, and yes, both domains are us.
